TOLAN does not maintain a user account database. The list of applications installed on your device is processed locally and is not stored on our servers.

The App is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not intentionally collect personal information directly from children.

The App may request device permissions that are necessary for specific features (such as accessing the app list for boosting). Permissions are used only for the purposes required by the relevant App functionality. You can manage these in your Android settings.
