Account Deletion Information (Visionary AI Photo & Video by TOLAN)

To request account deletion if you cannot access the app, use this page and select Account and Data Deletion.

  1. Select topic: Account and Data Deletion.
  2. Enter your first name, last name, and account email.
  3. Complete the deletion fields and submit the request.

Deleted data:

  • Cloud profile/account record
  • Credit balance and account status
  • Saved prompts related to the account

Kept data / retention:

  • App Store / Google Play transaction records are managed by the store provider, not by this app.
  • If you later create a new account, the store may still recognize an active subscription, but credits, balances, and other account-specific entitlements from the deleted account do not transfer and may not be restored.
  • Operational request logs may be retained for up to 30 days for security and support processing.

Clear My Data Information (Visionary AI Photo & Video by TOLAN)

If you can access the app, go to Profile > Clear My Data to clear only your stored app data.

If you cannot access the app, select Clear My Data (Keep Account & Credits) on this form.

Cleared data:

  • Prompt-related user data only (including lastPrompt, lastVideoPrompt, and all entries in the prompts subcollection)

Not deleted:

  • Your account login/profile identity
  • Your credit balance and entitlement status

Retention:

  • Operational request logs may be retained for up to 30 days for security and support processing.
⚠ Before You Proceed — Account Deletion Information
  • All your account data will be permanently deleted.
  • Credits are tied to your account ID and cannot be restored after deletion.
  • Deleting your app account will NOT cancel App Store / Google Play subscriptions.
  • If you later create a new account, your subscription may still be recognized by the store, but credits and other account-specific benefits from the deleted account may not return.
